A Harvard Business School dropout, Abhishek has donned the entrepreneur’s hat to realize his vision for Nucleus Vision. He is a seasoned management professional with a penchant for startups and entrepreneurship. In his decade-long professional career, Abhishek worked as an aeronautical engineer for Gulfstream and as a management consultant for Blackstone. Prior to Nucleus Vision, Abhishek scaled his first entrepreneurial venture, LorvenSoft Tech, a company providing software services with operations in USA, Canada and India.
Martin Dudley is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 30 years of experience. He started his career at Levi Strauss & Co., managing their strategic accounts and responsible for over 300 million in annual sales. In 2005, he started consulting for fin-tech leader Progreso Financiero (now Oportun Inc) and became part of the founding management team where he headed customer acquisition. Currently, Martin is a co-founder and CMO at Bell-Boi (now Nucleus Vision) an IOT personalization company using block-chain technology to disrupt brick-and-mortar shopping.
Subrata has over 27 experience in the fashion retail industry and has led teams at some of the biggest fashion retail efforts in India and the world. Prior to joining Nucleus Vision, he spent over half a decade at Tata’s billion-dollar venture, Trent Ltd, as a business head for their fashion division, where he owned the unit’s P&L responsibilities. Subrata has also been the CEO of the Fashion Business of FIFA in India and been an executive director of the Spencer Group’s fashion retail business. He was also a part of the core team of Shopper’s Stop, where he spent more than half a decade growing the organization into one of India’s biggest shopping brands.
With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and a Big Data and Social Analytics certification from MIT, Avinash has 14 years of extensive experience in SAP, machine learning, artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain implementations. His proven leadership and management skills across various industry verticals, including CRM, BFS, and oil and gas make him an important asset to Nucleus Vision.
Brooks Atwood leads all design initiatives at Nucleus Vision. He holds an Architecture degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture. In a career spanning over two decades, Brooks plies his trade in architecture, design and academics. Brooks is also a TV personality and was the host of the famous TV show "Trashformers" on the FYI network. At Nucleus Vision, Brooks is responsible for overseeing and conceptualizing all design and innovation aspects of the company's products and services.
Nishtha Rohatgi leads the marketing team at Nucleus Vision and currently drives telecom partnerships. As a sales and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience, Nishtha has held lead roles in product and marketing for some of India’s biggest mobile networks. Prior to joining Nucleus Vision, Nishtha drove mobile advertising and monetization at Jio Infocomm, India’s largest 4G telco.
Sushmita Sinha heads the sensor program at Nucleus Vision. A Master’s graduate in electronics and communications, Sushmita has held telecommunication roles at some of India’s largest mobile networks. Prior to joining Nucleus Vision, Sushmita held the role of Telecom QA at Crescent Systems and UAT labs.
Chandra Sekhar is the director of business operations at Nucleus Vision. His domain includes everything from customer acquisition to creating value for the partners. A post graduate in Computer Science, Chandra is also a project management expert. As an certified Scrum Master, providing incisive business analysis is one of his strengths.
Praneeth Vangari is program manager at Nucleus Vision and is responsible for timely project operations and execution. As a project management graduate and professional, Praneeth is a Prince2 certified project manager. Praneeth has over eight years of experience in project management and business operations.
Sanjay Bisen is the Director of Product Development at Nucleus Vision. He is an electronics graduate and professional who has had multiple entrepreneurial stints in electronics, software and telecommunications. Prior to Nucleus Vision, Sanjay plied his 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT fields.
A Graduate of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Ajay heads the Retail Product and Digital Marketing at Nucleus. Has extensive experience in working with Marketing managers from Retail and Tech industries in driving Value and maximizing RoI from their marketing efforts. Held Analytics, Marketing and Product Strategy roles previoulsy in IDG Media, Worlds biggest Technology Media, Events and Market Research Company.
With strong interests and added Certifications in Machine Learning and Data Science from Stanford and Michigan Universities, Prernaa Agarwal is a seasoned Software Engineer who has a Masters degree in Computers Systems and Software Design from Jacksonville State University. Having worked at LorvensoftTech, an industry leading Software Services provider in ERP, Core Programming for 3 years, She joined Nucleus Vision as a Product Manager handling Retail Product of Nucleus.

He is one of the foremost proponents of cryptocurrencies, and has received worldwide coverage for his large investments in Bitcoin.
Former President of Reliance Communications, Mr. Rao is presently the Chairman and Co-Founder of Quadgen Wireless Solutions Inc. Mr. Rao served as the President and CEO of Lucent-India, and also held various vital roles at Tellabs India, CDOT, Intel India. He is the President of AUSPI India, Chairman of the WiMAX Forum India and former Chairman of ASSOCHAM, a premier National Chamber of Commerce institution in India. He holds Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Sriram is Founding Managing Partner at IndusAge Global Capital Managers, LLC. He worked with Intel for more than 17 years and led many initiatives including Intel’s Architecture Group and Innovation/ Incubation Group. He founded IndusAge in 2012, investing in telecommunications, broadband, wireless, social and other technologies. He is an advisor and board member of more than seven portfolio companies.
Darshan Patel, is a leading entrepreneur in building consumer brand products. As Founder, Chairman and Managing Director at Vini Cosmetics Private Limited, Mr. Patel continues to launch brands like FOGG Body Spray, FOGG Scent, and Glam Up. Jaron Lukasiewicz has been a notable Bitcoin and blockchain industry figurehead since 2012. Mr. Seth currently serves as the Chairman at Alcatel-Lucent India Limited. Mr. Seth has worked in senior commercial positions in HCL, Usha Martin and the UB Group in his tenure. He has served as Non-Executive Chairman for BT India at BT Group PLC from December 2004 until July 2012. He is on the Executive Committee of NASSCOM, and sits on the IT and Telecom Committees of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce of India (FICCI) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Prior to Nucleus Vision, Joy worked at Goldman Sachs, Keystone Strategy, and, most recently, as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategic Finance at Saavn, India's largest music streaming service. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College as well as a JD and MBA from Harvard University.
Ravi Sinha is a versatile and results-oriented professional with over 20 years experience in multiple fields like strategy & planning, emerging technologies, mobile internet and broadband wireless communications, IP management, M&A's and many more. Dragos is a crypto investor and marketing specialist with a focus on storytelling, branding and design.
